We are looking for a young and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for Mass Media graduates who are passionate about movies, celebrities and brands and are eager to learn the business of celebrity endorsements and brand partnerships.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with a provided list of brands and clients.
- Understand brand requirements and identify the right celebrity or artist fit.
- Pitch talent to brands and communicate why they are the right fit.
- Handle client communication and regular follow-ups.
- Support the Business Development Manager in meetings, presentations and deal closures.
- Assist in taking opportunities from the initial pitch to contract closure.
- Travel frequently for client meetings.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate in Mass Media, Marketing or Communications.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Passionate about movies, entertainment, celebrities and brands.
- Good personality with strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good at follow-ups and relationship management.
- Eager to learn and take ownership.
- Willing to travel frequently.
