Job Description
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of nurses and other clinical staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure efficient patient care.
Requirements
- Qualification:BDS,BHMS,BAMS
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience, including 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in a hospital, specialty clinic, or cosmetic/dermatology clinic is preferred.
