Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head – Marketing & Business Development to lead B2B marketing, business development, client relationships, and revenue growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing & business development strategies.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, EPC companies, contractors, and consultants.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.
- Lead and mentor the marketing & business development team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Travel across India for client meetings and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 10–20 years of relevant experience.
- Boiler & Power Plant industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong B2B Marketing, Business Development & Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with reputed companies in the sector preferred.
