Job Description:
We are hiring Sales Representatives with experience in U.S. outbound calling. The role involves making sales calls to U.S.-based customers across various campaigns. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in U.S. calling, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to U.S. clients to promote products or services
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve daily or weekly call and conversion targets
- Record call details and outcomes accurately
- Follow campaign-specific guidelines and scripts
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. outbound calling (Required)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zones)
- Sales or call center background preferred
- Must be available to work from the office
