About CTEI:
The Centre for Teaching Excellence and Inclusion (CTEI), an initiative of TEACH, is dedicated to strengthening the capacity of educators to build inclusive classrooms for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) learners and students with diverse learning needs. Through RCI-approved programmes, faculty development initiatives, and evidence-based methodologies, CTEI partners with higher education institutions to promote accessible and inclusive teaching practices.
Position Summary:
CTEI is seeking a passionate and experienced Facilitator to design and deliver high-quality teacher training programmes while contributing to the continuous development of inclusive teaching methodologies and learning resources.
The ideal candidate should possess strong facilitation skills, a learner-centric approach, and experience in teacher training, higher education, or professional learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Inclusive Teacher Development Programme (ITDP) and other CTEI training programmes.
- Facilitate workshops, orientation programmes, seminars, and faculty development initiatives.
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and outcome-focused training sessions.
- Adapt training methodologies based on participant needs and feedback.
Curriculum & Methodology Development:
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training methodologies.
- Support curriculum review and enhancement for faculty development programmes.
- Develop facilitator guides, participant manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
- Assist in designing assessment tools and certification frameworks.
Documentation & Quality Assurance:
- Prepare programme reports and training documentation.
- Maintain participant records and feedback documentation.
- Analyse programme outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all training programmes.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay updated with national and international practices in inclusive education.
- Support the development of new faculty development initiatives.
- Contribute to academic publications, case studies, and knowledge resources where applicable.
Institutional Engagement:
- Build positive relationships with partner institutions and educators.
- Represent CTEI professionally during training programmes and institutional engagements.
- Support programme implementation across different locations as required.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Certification or exposure to Inclusive Education or Special Education will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in teaching, training, faculty development, or learning and development.
- Experience in conducting workshops, teacher training, or professional development programmes.
- Experience in curriculum development or instructional design is desirable.
- Experience working in the education or non-profit sector will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop training content and learning resources.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good planning and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital learning platforms.
- Passion for inclusive education and continuous learning.
Travel:
The role involves travel to partner institutions across India for programme delivery and faculty development initiatives.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
