ob Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records and call details in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift (US Shift).
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
- Experience in an international BPO or US process is preferred .
Shift:
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
