- Oversee food production processes, ensuring timely delivery of dishes that meet presentation and taste expectations
- Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to optimize food costs and reduce waste

- Coordinate shift management, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a positive team environment
- Oversee banquet preparations, catering events, and special functions with attention to detail and guest satisfaction
Experience
- Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in high-volume settings
- Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Experience in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management within the food service industry
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control techniques
- Prior involvement in banquet service, catering operations, or restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members while maintaining excellent service standards
