Production Manager;
Key Responsibilities in Machining:
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Creating daily/weekly/monthly schedules for machining, turning, and finishing to meet customer demand while minimizing downtime.
- Machine & Resource Optimization: Ensuring efficient use of CNC &VMC machine capacity, managing tooling, and reducing material waste.
- Quality Management: Enforcing quality control standards (e.g., adhering to blueprints, tolerances) and minimizing rework.
- Team Leadership: Supervising machinists and operators, setting performance goals, ensuring training, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment.
- Maintenance Coordination: Scheduling routine, preventative maintenance and fast repairs of equipment to maximize productivity.
- Cost Control & Efficiency: Implementing improvements to increase throughput and reduce costs per unit.
- Safety Adherence: Enforcing strict adherence to safety guidelines for machinery, equipment, and PPE. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
