Job Description: Executive Assistant to Managing DirectorJob Summary
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and exceptional at follow-ups, ensuring that tasks are tracked, reminders are timely, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of coordination for the Managing Director
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Ensure strong follow-ups on all assigned tasks, meetings, and commitments (critical responsibility)
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination work
- Maintain records, files, and data accurately
- Assist with both official and personal tasks of the Managing Director, as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Take dictation and handle shorthand work when needed
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary to a Managing Director or senior leadership
- Candidates with experience as an Office Coordinator may also be considered, provided they have strong administrative and coordination exposure
- Demonstrated job stability (not frequent job changes)
Skill Set Required
- Excellent follow-up skills (most critical requirement)
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of shorthand
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Residing within 15 minutes travel time from the office
