High On Creation (HOC) is a creative production agency specializing in high-converting UGC video ads, AI-generated content, and performance marketing creatives for Meta, Instagram, and other digital platforms. We work with D2C brands, startups, and established businesses to create content that drives engagement and sales.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Content Writer who can write compelling ad scripts, hooks, and social media content that converts. The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, storytelling, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-converting UGC video ad scripts (30–60 seconds).
- Create strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and clear CTAs.
- Research brands, products, competitors, and target audiences.
- Adapt writing styles based on different industries and audiences.
- Collaborate with strategists, creators, and the production team.
- Revise scripts based on client feedback while maintaining quality.
- Write captions, ad copies, and campaign messaging when required.
- Ensure scripts align with Meta Ads and social media best practices.
Requirements
- Excellent English and Hindi writing skills (Hinglish is a plus).
- Experience in copywriting, content writing, or ad scripting.
- Understanding of UGC content and performance marketing.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong research and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Copywriting for D2C brands.
- Storytelling and persuasive writing.
- Basic understanding of consumer psychology.
- Experience with AI writing tools is an advantage.
