The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training and development, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement. The role ensures that the company's HR practices align with organizational goals and comply with applicable labour laws.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
