Key Highlights of the Requirement:
- MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or refrigeration industry
- Candidates from engineering equipment manufacturing companies will be preferred
- Strong exposure to core HR Generalist functions, including:
- Recruitment (especially Sales / Technical Sales roles at managerial levels)
- Payroll
- Leave Management
- Statutory Compliance
- Employee Relations
- Good judgment in evaluating sales profiles and the ability to close positions with right-fit candidates
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Budget: Up to 9 LPA (depending on experience and suitability)
