- End to End Recruitment for positions across verticals of the company
- Lead Generation through cold calls, office visit and other activities.
- Brand development and Follow ups with clients.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the records & updating of sales figures and reports from time to time.
- Daily/weekly /monthly reports / analysis of reports.
- Sourcing the candidates from different portals, databases, and network
- Getting an understanding of the JD shared by the organization
- Share links on Social Media.
- Good to prepper documentation.
- Must be good in English Communication and writing skills.
