Job Purpose
To support and drive HR operations by ensuring effective manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce productivity. The role also requires supporting industrial relations initiatives and maintaining a positive work environment across business locations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and operational positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely manpower closure.
- Build talent pipelines through consultants, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
HR Operations
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Coordinate confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Support payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances promptly and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Support disciplinary actions and domestic enquiry documentation when required.
- Promote company policies and ethical workplace practices.
Industrial Relations
- Assist in handling labour and union-related matters under the guidance of senior management.
- Maintain cordial relationships with employee representatives and work committees.
- Support negotiations, grievance resolution, and implementation of settlements.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on labour-related matters when required.
Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Track employee performance and identify training needs.
- Assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate induction programs and functional training.
- Track mandatory compliance training.
- Support employee development initiatives and leadership programs.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate statutory documentation related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, and other applicable labour regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and HR dashboards.
- Monitor manpower, attrition, absenteeism, recruitment status, and productivity metrics.
- Present HR data and insights to management.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with operations, finance, payroll, and administration teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
