Hotel Dass Continental is looking for a dedicated and energetic Banquet Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a minimum 4-star hotel property and possess a strong understanding of banquet operations, guest service, and event setup.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the setup and arrangement of banquet halls for weddings, conferences, meetings, and special events.
* Ensure proper placement of tables, chairs, buffet counters, and banquet equipment.
* Coordinate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and F&B Service teams to ensure smooth event execution.
* Welcome and assist guests during events, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
* Monitor banquet areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
* Support supervisors and managers in daily banquet operations.
* Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements
* Experience in banquet operations within a minimum 4-star hotel property is preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
* Candidates with relevant hotel industry experience will be given preference.
