Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SME – Payments with strong expertise in Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP) and Finastra Fusion Payments To Go. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert for payment systems, providing functional and technical support throughout implementation, testing, production support, and upgrade activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all GPP-related queries and issues.
- Coordinate and liaise between client teams, implementation partners, and Finastra teams.
- Participate in Low-Level Design (LLD) and Interface-Level Design (ILD) workshops.
- Provide inputs on system architecture, interface design, and integration requirements.
- Support business and system configuration activities within the GPP platform.
- Analyze and troubleshoot testing issues using logs, trace files, and Oracle SQL queries.
- Support SIT, UAT, NFT, and other testing phases through issue resolution and test scope reviews.
- Investigate production issues and recommend appropriate workarounds and solutions.
- Support production deployments, upgrades, and release management activities.
- Review and validate technical specifications, functional specifications, use cases, and solution documents.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Experience Requirement
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Finastra GPP implementations and support.
- Experience working as a Payments SME, Functional Consultant, or Product Specialist in banking payment platforms.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
