We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand Amma Aahar's presence across Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, wholesalers, and food businesses to generate sales, build relationships, and increase brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Visit retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, and wholesalers daily. Introduce and promote Amma Aahar products. Generate new leads and onboard new retailers and distributors. Take orders and coordinate with the operations team for deliveries. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Conduct product sampling and promotional activities when required. Ensure proper product display and visibility in stores. Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions. Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and expense reports. Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, food products, or field sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively within Bengaluru. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and smartphone applications. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
