- As part of the Infosys delivery team your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- You will understand requirements create and review desiLead end to end mobile testing for iOS and Android applications covering functional regression usability and compatibility testing
- Design and implement test strategies and test plans aligned with product requirements release cycles and business priorities
- Drive mobile automation frameworks and test suites to increase coverage reliability and speed of regression testing
- Collaborate with cross functional teams development product UX DevOps to define acceptance criteria and integrate testing into CI CD pipelines
- Review and optimize test cases test data and test environments to ensure efficient and repeatable testing
- Identify analyze and track defects working closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Mentor and guide junior testers in mobile testing techniques automation practices and quality standards
- Monitor quality metrics defect trends test coverage release quality and present insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to best practices in mobile performance security and compatibility testing across devices and OS versions
- Contribute to test process improvements tools evaluation and adoption of new approaches to enhance overall product quality
