Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our real estate division in Zirakpur, Mohali. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in real estate sales, client handling, market understanding, and high‑value closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition — Generate and convert leads through meetings, site visits, and follow‑ups.
- Team Leadership — Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Project Presentation — Present project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Market Research — Track competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Sales Closures — Drive bookings and ensure smooth documentation and payment follow‑ups.
- Relationship Management — Build long‑term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Reporting & Coordination — Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Real Estate Experience — 5–7+ years of proven experience in residential/commercial real estate.
- Negotiation Skills — Strong ability to negotiate pricing and closures.
- Communication Skills — Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Market Knowledge — Strong understanding of the Tricity real estate market.
- Vehicle Requirement — Must have own car for client meetings and site visits.
- Target Orientation — Ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
