Novaneo Hospital is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and experienced Consultant in Internal Medicine (MD Medicine) to join our medical team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical care, managing complex multi-system illnesses, and overseeing both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) care.

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide expert clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and non-surgical treatment for a wide range of acute and chronic adult illnesses.
- OPD & IPD Management: Conduct regular outpatient consultations and manage inpatient admissions, including intensive care unit (ICU) monitoring and daily rounds.
- Cross-Specialty Collaboration: Provide medical cross-consultation and references for other specialties (e.g., Oncology, Cardiology, Surgery) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, acute poisoning cases, cardiac arrests, and critical care requirements within the hospital.
- Diagnostic Interpretation: Review, interpret, and correlate diagnostic tests (imaging, laboratory results, ECGs) to formulate accurate treatment plans.
- Quality & Protocol Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to medical ethics, hospital protocols, clinical administrative policies, and NABH standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- MD in Internal Medicine / General Medicine from an MCI/NMC-recognized medical college.
- Experience: 2–7 years of post-MD clinical experience in a reputed hospital or tertiary care center. (Exceptional freshers with strong residency track records may be considered).
- Registration: Must possess a valid permanent registration with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI/NMC).
- Excellent clinical acumen and decision-making skills under critical situations.
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills to counsel patients and their families.
