Prime UAV Pvt Ltd is a leading drone service provider specializing in agriculture, forestry, vector-borne disease control, surveillance. We work with government agencies, municipal corporations, and other public sector bodies to implement drone-based solutions for various projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and supervise daily field drone operations at project sites.
- Lead and coordinate field team (Drone Pilot, Co-Pilot, Helpers, Driver).
- Ensure timely and safe execution of drone-based project activities.
- Monitor drone performance, battery management, payload efficiency, and equipment readiness.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and proper handling of drones and accessories.
- Handle on-site problem-solving, operational challenges, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate directly with clients and stakeholders at project locations.
- Submit daily field updates, reports, and operational summaries to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA guidelines and all safety & operational standards.
- Manage logistics planning including travel, site readiness, and team deployment.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and efficiency within the field team.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills œ Practical knowledge of drone operations and troubleshooting œ Strong on-field decision-making ability
- Ability to manage deadlines and high-pressure project environments
- Knowledge of DGCA regulations and drone compliance norms
- Basic reporting and documentation skills œ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word preferred)
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 2.3 years of experience in a similar role within the Drone Industry.
- Prior experience in managing field drone projects is mandatory.
- Engineering background preferred (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Aeronautical).
- Experience as a Certified Drone Pilot is highly preferable.
- Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
