Job Title: Property Consultant (Real Estate)Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in buying residential and commercial properties, conducting property presentations and site visits, understanding client requirements, and guiding them throughout the sales process. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Explain project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities, payment plans, and available offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Negotiate deals and assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and current inventory.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
