Job Description
i2i Trading Ltd is seeking a motivated, organised and responsible Visa Processing Executive / Career Counsellor to assist clients with visa documentation, overseas career guidance and application-related services.
The successful candidate will communicate with clients, review supporting documents, maintain accurate application records and provide clear and reliable information about relevant visa, recruitment and career-guidance procedures.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, confidentiality and excellent customer-service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients regarding visa application and documentation requirements.
- Review application forms and supporting documents.
- Identify missing, incomplete or inconsistent information.
- Assist clients with overseas career and employment-related guidance.
- Communicate professionally through telephone, email and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application progress.
- Keep updated on relevant visa, travel, recruitment and employment procedures.
- Coordinate with the company’s Ireland-based team.
- Explain clearly that visa and employment decisions are made by the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good written and spoken English and Malayalam.
- Strong communication, counselling and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, email and online application systems.
- Ability to review documents carefully and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous experience in visa processing, overseas education, travel, recruitment or career counselling is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and administrative skills are also encouraged to apply.
Salary
₹10,000–₹24,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience and performance.
