Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Precast Production Engineer to oversee precast production activities, ensure quality standards, and manage daily plant operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in precast concrete production and experience in handling production teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules for casting, curing, and de-moulding activities.
- Supervise production teams and ensure efficient utilization of materials, moulds, and machinery.
- Ensure all precast products meet quality standards, technical specifications, and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and site teams to resolve production and fabrication issues.
- Monitor reinforcement fixing, concrete mixing, and curing processes.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper maintenance of plant equipment.
- Manage raw material usage and storage, including cement and steel control.
- Maintain production records and support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in precast production.
- Strong knowledge of structural drawings, reinforcement work, concrete production, and curing methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
