- Explain procedures clearly and comfort patients—especially children or those who are anxious about needles.
- Navigate various hospital floors, wards, and ICUs to complete scheduled blood draws, often coordinating with nursing staff for specific medication-to-collection times.
- Handle a large volume of patients daily, requiring efficient time management.
- Travel on a route to multiple locations daily, working without direct supervision.
