- Can acquire new business opportunities through bidding platforms.
- Promoting IT services and software services to clients worldwide.
- Crafting comprehensive proposals to the clients.
- Gathering and analyzing project business requirements, then effectively conveying this knowledge to the development team.
- Engaging in negotiations with project stakeholders.
- Nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Hold a graduate degree, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise.
- Show exceptional inclination in software development or business development.
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Showcase the ability to work autonomously and proactively, even in situations of uncertainty.
REQUIRED SKILLS /EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B. Tech) or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and proposal presentations.
- Good understanding of sales techniques.
- Knowledge of business development tools and CRM software; basic technical understanding of the industry’s products or services.
- Capability to analyse market data and client needs, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and attention to detail for handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to adjust to changing market conditions and client requirements; eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
- Experience working in a team environment, contributing to collective goals, and supporting colleagues.
