Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Communication Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions for our employees. The ideal candidate will help improve spoken English, business communication, grammar, pronunciation, presentation skills, and workplace communication through practical, interactive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English communication training for employees across different teams.
- Assess employees' current communication levels and identify learning needs.
- Design and deliver customized training programs based on business requirements.
- Improve spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence.
- Train employees in business communication, email writing, presentation skills, meeting etiquette, and customer interactions.
- Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and learning activities.
- Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Track training effectiveness and submit progress reports to management.
- Foster an engaging, motivating, and supportive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an English Trainer, Communication Trainer, or Corporate Trainer.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of grammar, pronunciation, and business communication.
- Experience in corporate training or training professionals is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate learners with varying levels of English proficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using interactive teaching methods and digital learning tools.
- Familiarity with assessment and learner progress tracking.
- Certification in English language training, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
