Key Responsibilities:
1) Co-ordinating the inspectors for raw & machined casting inspection.
2) Raw casting dimensional inspection according to procedure.
3) 100% raw casting visual inspection.
4) 100% visual inspection both raw casting & machining surface at final inspection.
5) 100% Critical dimension inspection of machined castings.
6) Dimensional inspection of machined castings at final inspection according to procedure.
7) Co-ordination for third party/Customer offering.
8) Handling of customer complaints.
9) Rejection monitoring, handling & control.
10) Co-ordination for calibration.
11) Responsible for external/internal audits.
12) Co-ordination for NDT activities (VT/DPI/MPI/RT/HYDRO/WELDING)
13) Submission of hard copy of QC documents along with the consignment & Soft copy by e-mail.
14) Co-ordinating sub contract inspection.
15) Fulfilling and adhering the system requirement.
