Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT professional to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user requirements. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, maintaining network and system security, and providing timely technical support to employees across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT assets
- Manage user access, email IDs, system logins, VPNs, and software licenses
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, Firewall, Access points, and switches
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and IT services
- Ensure data security, backup, antivirus updates, and compliance with IT policies
- Manage and maintain MS Office 365 business account. Update policies as per our requirements.
- Support to employees for troubleshooting and fixing the issue regarding OneDrive, Teams, MS Office apps, Dropbox and all other software that we use in the office.
- Must have experience and knowledge of web servers, CRM systems, and cloud-based back-end infrastructure.
- Must have knowledge of AI tools and manage backend setup for company-provided IDs for Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities related to IT assets and system access
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies and SOPs
- Support basic server, cloud, and cybersecurity-related tasks (as applicable)
- Coordinate IT support across multiple office locations, if required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Must have prior experience in handling the Microsoft Office 365 admin panel.
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common enterprise tools
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installations
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection
- Good problem-solving and English communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Experience supporting remote teams and multi-location offices
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / ODOO / Google Cloud)
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
