You will execute the regional brand, retailer and fabric mill pull strategy for APAC, including target accounts, categories and growth priorities.
You will build senior relationships across brands and strategic partners, identify opportunities and convert customer briefs into a qualified pipeline with clear stage gates.
You will lead and coach BD Manager and coordinate TDS (APAC) to ensure strong execution of regional opportunities.
You will orchestrate cross-functional go-to-market activities with marketing, sustainability and product teams, and tailor value stories on performance, ESG and traceability to customer needs.
You will enforce pricing and mix guardrails, track KPIs including program wins, revenue, margin and adoption, and take corrective action where needed.
You will monitor competitors, category developments and customer moves, and translate insights into targeted regional growth actions.
You will align demand signals with supply and regional push teams to ensure spinner readiness and effective conversion into recurring business.
