Kickstart your hospitality career with our structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) program at Pandan Club, a fine dining restaurant at T.Nagar.
You will learn restaurant operations from the ground up through practical, hands-on experience. No prior restaurant experience is required. We provide full training across customer service, restaurant, and bar operations.
What You Will Learn
* Front-of-House: Guest greeting, order taking, table service, and point-of-sale (POS) operation.
* Customer Excellence: Upselling techniques, conflict resolution, and handling guest feedback.
* Operations: Inventory management, opening/closing procedures, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist senior staff in daily restaurant setup and service execution.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining and bar areas.
* Deliver friendly, efficient service to ensure memorable guest experiences.
* Follow all food health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Requirements
* Hotel management degree, or equivalent qualification.
* Strong desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
