Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Brainy n Bright, you will play an active role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales and marketing team in achieving organizational goals. This is a hands-on role suited for motivated individuals looking to gain real-world experience in business development and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and institutions to introduce Brainy n Bright's programs and services
2. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach
4. Visit client locations for meetings, presentations, and relationship building
5. Follow up diligently with leads and prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
6. Submit timely follow-up reports to the Team Lead after every client visit or call
7. Work alongside the sales and marketing team to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets
8. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead
