Understanding and conversion of Engineering Drawings /Inspection standards into Process Standards for Inspectors.
Knowledge about vehicle driving and testing.
Assessing new vehicles in trials, giving feedback and ensuring closure of issues.
Knowledge of vehicle inspection equipments.
Knowledge about budgeting and strategic planning
Experience in handling workmen issues with union members
Managing Line workmen and workstations
Knowledge about ISO and quality systems
Japanese practices 5S,3G,3K,3R, Horenso etc.
Knowledge about regulations. Line quality handling and problem analysis

Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma.
