We are looking for a polite, organized, and proactive Telecaller to manage patient communication for a well-established homeopathy clinic. The ideal candidate will handle calls professionally, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide accurate information to patients while maintaining a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to patients for follow-ups, appointment reminders, and visit confirmations
- Handle inquiry calls and provide clear information about treatments, services, and doctor availability
- Maintain accurate call records and update patient details in the system
- Schedule and reschedule appointments as required
- Follow up with patients regarding ongoing treatments and feedback
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth communication and patient flow
- Address patient concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure all calls are handled in a professional and courteous manner
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
