We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with prior experience in International Voice Process or Premium Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of delivering outstanding customer support while identifying upselling opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Deliver prompt and professional customer service.
- Upsell products/services when appropriate.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet quality and performance targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support & Upselling (BPO).
- Experience in International Voice Process or Premium Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Graduation is an added advantage.
