Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to manage and guide our Academic Counseling / Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving admission targets, and ensuring quality communication with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of counselors/telecallers
- Monitor daily performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Provide training, mentoring, and feedback to team members
- Handle escalations and support team in closing admissions
- Track and report team performance to management
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain CRM updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in team handling (Sales / EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- Graduate in any discipline
