- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claim Executive to manage shipment-related claims and ensure smooth resolution of issues such as lost shipments, damages, shortages, RTO disputes, and delivery-related discrepancies.
- Handle customer claims related to wrong, defective, or damaged spare parts received. Investigate and validate claims by coordinating with sellers, buyers, and logistics partners.
- Drive amicable resolutions ensuring both seller and buyer acceptance, Maintain accurate claim records, documentation, and MIS reports.Escalate complex cases to senior operations team when required, Ensure timely closure of claims to improve customer satisfaction and seller responsiveness
Requirements
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to balance seller and buyer interests.
- Ability to work with structured workflows and meet resolution timelines.
- Proficiency in Excel for claim tracking and reporting.
