ey Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the hotel premises.
- Support senior technicians in attending to guest complaints related to maintenance issues in rooms and public areas.
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, kitchen, laundry, and other operational areas.
- Help in preventive maintenance activities as per the hotel maintenance schedule.
- Carry out minor repairs such as changing bulbs, switches, sockets, taps, locks, and other fittings.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools, equipment, and the engineering workshop.
- Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and completed work in the maintenance logbook or software.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, fire safety standards, and hotel engineering policies.
- Assist during emergencies such as power failures, water leakage, equipment breakdowns, and fire alarm situations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, F&B, and other departments for timely completion of maintenance work.
- Learn the operation of generators, pumps, boilers, air-conditioning systems, and other hotel equipment under supervision.
- Follow grooming standards, punctuality, discipline, and professional behaviour expected in a 4-star hospitality environment.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
