Job Description – Sales Head
Company Overview
Herline Globals Pvt Ltd is the newly launching women’s hygiene and wellness brand under LYRA, specializing in high-quality sanitary products including sanitary pads, adult diapers, period panties, and related hygiene solutions. Our mission is to create awareness, comfort, and confidence through innovative feminine care products.
We are looking for a dynamic, field-oriented Sales Head who can lead and train sales teams, conduct awareness presentations, and drive product adoption across various markets.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Training
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Business Development Executives (BDEs) and sales team.
- Conduct regular on-site training sessions for sales staff.
- Educate team members thoroughly about Herline products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor and improve sales pitches, communication style, and customer interaction techniques.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Build relationships with distributors, retailers, institutions, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas.
- Ensure strong product visibility and market penetration.
Awareness Programs & Client Presentations
- Conduct awareness classes and product presentations for high-profile audiences including:
- Politicians
- Business leaders
- Corporate organizations
- Public figures and actors
- Women’s groups and institutions
- Clearly explain how Herline products differ from competitors in terms of quality, comfort, hygiene, and innovation.
- Convince potential clients and organizations to adopt and promote Herline products.
Field Work & Travel
- Extensive on-site and field work is required.
- Travel for meetings, training programs, awareness campaigns, and client presentations.
- Represent the company professionally during external events and business meetings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
