Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Provide L2/L3 network and firewall support to end customers and partners
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, and security policy issues
- Conduct product demos and training for clients and partners
- Manage support tickets via CRM and maintain proper documentation
Requirements
- CCNA or CCNP certified (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPN, VLAN, routing & switching protocols
- Familiarity with network security concepts — IPS, WAF, DDoS, MFA
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure basics)
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Valid driving license and personal vehicle (for field visits)
- B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS/EC), MCA, BCA, or B.Sc. IT
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
