Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
- Generate quality leads through performance marketing and paid advertising strategies.
- Manage PPC campaigns including Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Remarketing and Conversion Optimization.
- Handle complete social media management including content planning, posting schedules, engagement growth and audience building.
- Improve brand visibility and online presence through creative digital marketing strategies.
- Work on SEO activities including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO and ranking improvements.
- Implement SMM, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AIO (AI Optimization) strategies to improve online discoverability.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CTR and other marketing KPIs using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with clients, understand business requirements and provide campaign updates and performance reports.
- Create marketing strategies for different industries and business models.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives, ad copies and branding materials.
- Research competitors, industry trends and emerging AI-driven marketing techniques.
- Maintain and improve website traffic, lead generation funnels and customer engagement.
- Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Suggest innovative growth strategies to improve digital reach and conversions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2 – 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and conversion-focused marketing.
- Good understanding of SEO, SMM, PPC, keyword ranking and analytics.
- Familiarity with AEO, AI-based marketing tools and modern digital marketing trends is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects independently.
- Strong communication and client handling skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and reporting tools preferred.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in branding and social media engagement strategies.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and copywriting is a plus.
- Candidate should be proactive, growth-oriented and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
- Experience working with software product companies or digital agencies will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
