· Required to promote and sell traffic and road safety solutions and weighing systems on a nationwide basis while maintaining and acquisition of keys clients developing business strategy exploring channels on regional basis and prospecting Govt. Liasioning.
· Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
· Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
· Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
· Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
· Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring competitive costs, and prepare budgets accordingly.
· Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
· Responsible to improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers.
· Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence on PAN India basis.
