Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Physics classes for secondary and senior secondary levels as per the curriculum guidelines.
- Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Using various instructional strategies to promote active learning and critical thinking skills among students.
- Assessing student progress through continuous assessment methods and examinations.
- Providing constructive feedback to students and parents on a regular basis.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and other relevant information.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of teaching and learning within the department.
- Participating in professional development activities and school-wide initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Physics or a related field with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students towards academic excellence.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, technology integration, and assessment practices.
