About the Role:
As strategic Accounts sales director, you will be managing sales, account growth, and client success objectives at some of our most strategic accounts from Digital Natives Segment
Development and execution of strategic account management plans for assigned accounts.Create a network of influencers in the industry who can help create a network effect and increase our outreach/presence
Competition mapping and understanding the key differences between us VS our competitors. Stay on top of emerging trends in technology and new business opportunities. Be the eyes and ears of the company and share regular product feedback of clients/ prospects with the product team
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for managing new business development, hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Establishing value across multiple stakeholders, Relationship Building, Negotiating, to putting a paycheck on the table
Work closely with Inside Sales and Marketing to generate leads, nurture them, and convert them into opportunities.
Develop and maintain CXO relationships with new prospects and partners in the region
Evangelize key trends in the marketing ecosystem and identify emerging trends in the region to shape the future of Moengage product
Participate and represent MoEngage at various external events, and forums to build the status of a trusted advisor on all things Customer Engagement
Establish account relationships with key decision-makers for our customers in the region to build customer loyalty and capitalize on expansion opportunities in the account
Skills:
10+ years of closing experience in sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the saas domain for the Indian region, preferably MarTech.
Great saas ecosystem awareness and have closed $250K+ deals solo in a B2B saas "fast-paced" setting
Must have pitched to C-level executives in marketing/product or technology domain of Digital Natives
Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
Must be detail-oriented, organized & self-motivated
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
Proven record of achieving sales quota throughout
Strong Entrepreneurial spirit - Madly in pursuit of customer success/delight
