Requirements
Any Graduate
(Candidates currently pursuing studies or engaged in any fellowship will not be considered.)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, SaaS, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Good coordination and organizational skills
Candidates having good experience or knowledge in the Finance domain will be preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience working with SaaS platforms
Knowledge of support or ticketing systems
Understanding of business processes and workflows
Team collaboration and client handling skills
Familiarity with Finance domain workflows and operations is an added advantage
