Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Video Editor / Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality video content and visual assets across digital platforms. This role is heavily focused on video editing and storytelling, while also supporting graphic design requirements for marketing campaigns and brand communications.
The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, has strong editing skills, and can transform raw footage and creative briefs into engaging, professional content that drives audience engagement and brand impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Content Creation
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, YouTube, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Create engaging video content using motion graphics, transitions, animations, visual effects, and sound design.
- Transform raw footage into compelling stories that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Optimize video content for different platforms and formats, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video platforms.
- Ensure all video deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and brand requirements.
Graphic Design Support
- Design creative assets including social media posts, banners, presentations, marketing collateral, and campaign materials.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital and marketing communications.
- Create graphics and visual elements that complement video content and strengthen brand messaging.
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Interpret creative briefs and develop visual concepts from idea to final delivery.
- Contribute innovative ideas for content, campaigns, and visual storytelling.
- Support the development of scalable visual systems and creative frameworks.
- Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and emerging creative tools.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development through final production.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design through agency, freelance, or in-house projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing work, motion graphics, and creative storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, audio synchronization, and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into engaging visual content.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating social media reels, short-form videos, and performance marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
- Experience working in a creative agency or content production environment.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
