We are looking for a polite, confident, and patient-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our health clinic. The role involves patient coordination, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and basic counseling while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism. Freshers with good communication skills and experienced telecallers from healthcare backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on doctor appointments
- Explain clinic services, treatments, and procedures clearly
- Follow up with patients for reports, treatments, and feedback
- Maintain accurate call records and patient details in the system
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front-desk staff
- Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy
- Support marketing campaigns, camps, and lead follow-ups (if required)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers: Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Experienced candidates: Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or healthcare coordination preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)
- Proficiency in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
