Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Pune facility. The role involves managing inward and outward material movement, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating dispatch of goods to different warehouse locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward and outward movement of goods.
- Ensure proper receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials.
- Coordinate sending goods to different warehouse locations as per operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward shipments.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience handling inventory management, dispatch, and warehouse coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems preferred.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple warehouse dispatch activities efficiently.
Preferred
- Experience managing multiple warehouse transfers or distribution operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
