Job Responsibilities:
Source new customers through branch referrals and open market.
Promote and sell banking products to prospective customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collect and verify customer documents for account opening and loan processing.
Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers (2021- 2025 pass out).
Good communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
