Role Overview: At IZI, we believe in creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace that fosters growth and innovation. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Bhopal. This role will be instrumental in managing HR functions related to payroll, compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, working closely with department heads to meet staffing needs.
Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Execution & Administration: Demonstrate strong execution skills in implementing HR initiatives and policies, as well as managing administrative tasks related to HR functions.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
